The Upper Narrows Story
Upper Narrows Retreat was established in 2018 with the purpose of being an eco-retreat and oasis from the city for corporate and private clients.
The property is home to 19 acres with a plethora of Maple Trees. Boomer & Sons, a family-run operation has joined forces with the retreat to enhance the maple syrup harvest. In 2 years the small operation of tapping 100 trees has now surpassed 800 trees and counting using a gravity collection method. The end result is a rich, thick amber syrup ready to enhance any meal or beverage experience!
