Working with 3rd generation boilers, the Pilote family using state of the art equipment to give the finest quality syrup the region offers.


Boomer & Sons, a family-run operation has joined forces with the retreat to enhance the maple syrup harvest. In 2 years the small operation of tapping 100 trees has now surpassed 800 trees and counting using a gravity collection method.
